The contractual relationship is between the registered user and The Gaming Network™ and is governed by these Terms of Use and by the laws of Malta. By registering with Bingo Chicks you indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the following Terms of Use which are standard across all member-sites of The Gaming Network™. Although these Terms of Use are available in various languages, the English version will take precedence in the case of any dispute.

- Bingo Chicks regrets that no persons residing within the United States of America (US) will be allowed to conduct any gaming activity on the system. No US-based persons may register with Bingo Chicks.
- Bingo Chicks operates using certified random-number generators, to ensure that all online gaming is fair for all parties concerned.
- Playing at Bingo Chicks is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. Under no circumstances may a person play if they are under 18 years of age.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Player to understand the laws in his/ her jurisdiction of residence. Bingo Chicks is unable to provide any legal advice regarding this matter
- The Player will always provide valid information. The Player acknowledges that if any of the information that he/she provides to Bingo Chicks is false or incomplete this agreement will be void, any winnings payable to said Player will be void, and he/she will be liable to Bingo Chicks for any damages and costs suffered as a result.
- Personal and financial details of all Players will remain confidential.
- Two accounts per household are allowed and only one account is allowed per Player. Bingo Chicks reserves the right to terminate a Player account in the event that such Player provides false or misleading registration information or otherwise violates any term of these Terms of Use.
- Upon registration, players must select a password. It is recommended that this password should include both letters and numbers, consist of a minimum of six characters, should never be written-down or communicated to another person, and should be changed on a regular basis. Responsibility for the ongoing integrity of any player's password lies entirely with that player.
- Players are responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Players should not allow any person, other than themselves, to use their account, to access and/or use any materials or information from the gaming system, to accept any prize, nor to participate in any of the games. Should a Player give away, share, or lose his/her account number and/or password, the casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
- The Player understands that the games and the community services are for entertainment purposes only.
- Bingo Chicks reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Furthermore, management will monitor all wagers and account transactions. All wagers are final once accepted. In the event of a game malfunction, or use of the website in a way not intended by the design, all related wagers are considered null and void, and account will be returned to its beginning balance (the account balance prior to current wagering activity).
- The Player understands that Bingo Chicks is a proprietary brand name owned by Private Table Limited. The Player does not obtain any rights on the trademarks, the trade name nor on any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies used and owned by Bingo Chicks.
- The Player's interest in the games and the community services is of a personal nature. Any professional interest is discarded. Bingo Chicks will solely be used for the Player's own personal entertainment. Any use of Bingo Chicks for further intentions is strictly prohibited.
- In the event that there is a discrepancy between the game variation as it is recorded in Bingo Chicks database, and that recorded by the Player, the calls recorded in the Bingo Chicks game server will be considered valid.
- Minimum deposit ("purchase") amount is £10. A purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received by Bingo Chicks or if a payment is reversed at a later date. Bingo Chicks reserves the right to limit any Player's participation in a game, particularly in the event that a purchase is rendered void.
- Bingo Chicks looks constantly into any Player's abuse or strange behaviour
- Bingo Chicks reserves the right to refuse or rescind the bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, Player abuse. In case of abuse, Bingo Chicks reserves the right to discontinue Player's membership and to take steps to prevent the Player from accessing Bingo Chicks in the future.
- In accepting winnings or any prize the Player consents to use his/her name for advertising or PR purposes without additional compensation.
- All wagers must be placed using the graphic user interface provided by Bingo Chicks on its website. The use of any electronic gambling aids is strictly forbidden. In the event that non-compliance is determined, management reserves the right to void all such wagers retroactively, cancel the Player's account, and/or take any other appropriate action.
- Returns/Refund Policy. Users always have access to their funds. At anytime they can request a "payout" for the bank balance they have in their account, subject to a maximum of 3 withdrawals during any 7 day period. This can be done from the Players area (Cashier option). Bonus funds are not withdraw-able.
- The minimum payout (withdrawal) amount a player can request at any one time is £30.00. In order to be eligible to make a payout request (and thereafter to receive such payout) you must have deposited a minimum of £25 to your account over the course of your account lifetime.
- Only one payout request may be made in any 48 hour period (which is determined based upon 48 hours from your first 'pending' payout request). Regardless of the 48 hour period or the individual amount of each payout request, all multiple payout requests will be declined and the funds returned to your account. If you have multiple payout requests we ask that you return the funds to your account and consolidate your request. If you do not, we will decline the payout request until such consolidation has occurred.
- Payout requests are approved on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for requests submitted by 23:59 GMT the previous day. You should note, however, as required in accordance with our gaming license, certain due diligence on positive customer identification is required therefore approval may be delayed during this process. Our due diligence review shall include the submission of identity documentation by you in order for us to verify your identity and account details.
- Payouts requested on weekends and bank holidays will be approved and processed the following working day.
- Once a payout request is approved it is processed by us the following working day and may take up to 10 (ten) working days to reach your account depending on your financial institution.
- If a user cancels the account, all cash funds (except for bonus money) will be returned. User cannot request a "payout" for bonus funds. Only winnings or deposited funds can be returned to Players. All bonus funds will be forfeit upon making a withdrawal.
- Bingo Chicks actively endeavours to combat money-laundering. As such, funds will typically only be repaid to payment methods via which deposits were originally made, will only ever be paid to the named player, made payable to the named player, and, if payment is via cheque, only be dispatched to the registered player's address. Bingo Chicks also reserves the right to request proof of identification upon receipt of any withdrawal request.
- Bonuses awarded only become eligible for play (i.e. "qualified") once the gaming activity of the Player in receipt of them meets certain pre-conditions. For example, bonus money awarded for a specific deposit may remain unplayable until a value of 2½ times that of the deposited funds has been wagered (the "wager" rule). Or, for example, bonus money may not become playable until 95% of the deposit for which they were awarded has been wagered and lost (the "win/loss" rule). - Bonus funds are only eligible for play on bingo.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or close any account at their sole discretion
- All rules and regulations contained herein are subject to change without prior notice.
- Should the Player be liable for violating any of the above terms, Bingo Chicks has the right to cancel the Player's account immediately without prior warning. If an account has been cancelled, all bonus money will be removed without any compensation to the Player.
- Should the Player not fully understand and agree to the above Terms of Use, s/he will not register nor participate in any of Bingo Chicks' events.
- Employees of Bingo Chicks, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the games.
Chat Rooms
General Rules & Guidelines
- Please, no complaining. All complaints must be directed to the Help Desk to prevent any disruption to the flow of the chat. If you have submitted a help request and have not yet received a response, please allow staff adequate time to respond to your ticket.
- No children (persons younger than 18 years of age) are allowed in chat rooms; this site is for responsible adults only. In the event that a minor gains access to an account held by an adult, the owner of the account will be held responsible for the minor's actions.
- Maintain a friendly chat room by respecting others and assisting and welcoming new chatters.
- Soliciting other Players for money is strictly prohibited.
- No discussion of announcement of your account balance as this may cause other Players to feel embarrassed or uneasy
- No soliciting of Players for "gifts" or "loans" of money
- No soliciting of Players for donations for another Player
- No soliciting of winning Players for funds
- This policy, as outlined above, is for the protection of all Players and to maintain a comfortable environment in our chat rooms.
- Have respect for the Chat Manager's (CM's) authority.
- Player aliases must be in good taste and may not have the preface of CM. Bingo Chicks reserves the right to request that a Player change their alias at the sole discretion of management. Should the Player refuse to change their alias within a 48 hour time period, they will be permanently blocked from the chat rooms. Alias changes are limited to one every 30 days except in the event of a special promotion that requires Players to change their alias
- Players should not harass, slander, libel, insult, abuse or threaten others.
- All discussion of other Bingo sites, advertising or other sites and/or recruitment on behalf of other sites is strictly prohibited.
- Players are not permitted to slander or libel Bingo Chicks management, employees or affiliates.
Chat Room Games
- Chat room games are offered as a way of providing additional fun and chances to win for regular Players and chatters. Bonus funds are intended to enhance the chatters online gaming experience.
- Bonus funds are awarded in chat to active Players who are playing bingo, with no minimum number of cards. An active Player is a Player who has made a deposit in the past thirty days. Only Players who are playing bingo in the same game as that in which the chat game is being offered are eligible to receive bonus funds
- The CMs will not hold bonus funds for Players who are not in chat. If you do not respond to the CM, these bonus funds will be awarded to another Player. You must purchase cards to be eligible to receive chat room bonus funds. If the CM mistakenly awards you bonus funds when you were not in the game, please let them know in order to be fair to all. - Spamming of the Help Desk (sending repeated copies of the same message) is prohibited
- We kindly request that you do not harass or abuse our Help Desk staff - address your concerns without the use of obscenities or threatening language. Such behaviour will not expedite efforts to resolve your query.
- If you have submitted a Help Request and have not yet received a response, please do not complain in the chat room. Allow staff the necessary time to resolve your concern.
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your Help Request, you may draft a Help Request explaining your grievance, and make the subject of the Request "Management - ref. Help Request [ticket-number]".
